Over the past year, I’ve noticed an increase in new customers finding issues with wigs that have been clearly disclosed as refurbished. To protect my brand, my business, and my peace, I’ve decided to take a step back from offering refurbished units for now.

Please note:

• All refurbished wigs have been previously worn once for promotional content, unless stated otherwise.
  
• Each unit is thoroughly washed and sanitized before resale.
  
• In the past, wigs were also styled before shipping. Moving forward, refurbished wigs will be washed only and shipped in their natural state.
