Thank you for shopping with thaarealbabyd.com! We strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:
1. Processing Time
All Refurbished Wig orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Wigs ordered under the "Shop Wigs" collection are processed within 15-21 business days. However, the processing time may be shorter depending on how soon the wigs are shipped to me. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address on the order.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all standard shipping. Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location and other factors, such as weather conditions or postal service delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment through the USPS website or using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Thaarealbabyd.com is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they enter their billing & shipping address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED.
6. Delivery Issues
Thaarealbabyd is not responsible for late shipments due to weekends, holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. Thaarealbabyd is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to submit a claim due to their negligence and failure to meet your expectations. Thaarealbabyd is SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship to international destinations.
