Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are securing a product that is either currently out of stock or will be available at a later date. We collect full payment at the time of checkout to reserve your item and ensure priority fulfillment once the product becomes available.
Modifying or Canceling a Pre-Order

Before Fulfillment: If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled (i.e., before the item has been shipped or made ready for delivery), you may request to modify or cancel the pre-order by contacting our customer service team. In this case, you may be eligible for a full refund.

After Fulfillment: Once your pre-order has been fulfilled, meaning it has been processed and shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible. Special Circumstances
In rare cases where the pre-ordered item is delayed beyond the expected availability date or becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such situations, you may have the option to cancel your order for a full refund, or you may choose to wait for the revised availability date.
